My name is George Pack, I was born in Youngstown Ohio, I moved to the Washington DC area after school in the late 1980s. I worked for the America Red Cross-National Headquarters for 15 plus years. I’m the Founder and President of a company called Capital First Aid (CFA) was established in 2004, and is based in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. CFA provides CPR and First Aid training to individuals and businesses across the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. George Pack President – Founder, has been an Emergency Instructor and Medic for more than 20 years. CFA offers CPR, First Aid and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) classes, which provide participants with the lifesaving skills needed in an emergency situation.

CFA has provided this quality training to many organizations, including but not limited to Prince George’s County Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, the United States Capital, the United States National Park Services, and the District of Columbia’s Division of Children and Family Services.

In addition to CPR and First Aid Training, CFA has had an opportunity to provide First Aid Stations for several high-profile events on the National Mall, including the 50th Anniversary of the March on Washington, National Earth Day, The Rally to Restore Sanity and or Fear, two Presidential Inauguration’s. CFA’s goal is to be the best safety company whether it be on the national mall or in a classroom teaching CPR and First Aid in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area and surrounding cities. “At CFA, we believe everyone should have the skills needed to save a life.
