With a 20 year history in the Mortgage Industry, I have seen a lot of companies come and go. Nexus Funding is a great company with a solid support system that looks after not only the clients but it’s Operations and Sales staff as well.
It is a team environment with the purpose of the team to be to bring the client the best possible experience in their transaction with us.
As the Vice President of Operations, it is my job to ensure the smooth running of the company by cultivating an environment where all members of staff feel motivated to work to their full potential while bringing their own individual skillset to benefit the team.
There is always something new to learn and Nexus Funding realizes that and uses those learning opportunities to improve their systems and process flow.
With everyone working to a common goal, that is when the clients benefit the most and in the end, that is what we are striving for.
Richard and I would like to thank you so very much for your help with our mortgage. This was our first time buying a home in many years but with your guidance it was a stress free and excellent experience. We could not have had a more detailed, responsive, expert team to help us along the way. You were excellent in keeping us on track, dealing with the many questions and being kind and patient through the entire process.
